Great beds, coffee/tea setup, and air conditioning in the room - super comfy! the location is fantastic, right by the center and lots of restaurants nearby 🌟.

This hip new hotel is equal to 3 stars. Tastefully decorated, great-sized room complete with a terrace with Galata Bridge view, a great view plus bedside tables. The location is perfect and magnificent, 1 mile from an enormous palace.

This place is ideally situated just a short walk from the grand bazaar, restaurants, shops, attractions, and transportation options.

The staff were excellent and kept the place fairly clean. The vibe here was family. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost. The hotel had an unbeatable and excellent location, about 10 minutes' walk from the city centre. There was a good restaurant, shopping streets and a bazaar next door.

The hotel is located in the middle of Sultanamet. You can walk to every site... The Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazar, etc.

We had the worst room of the hotel... Located on the main floor next to the dining area (small dining room). There was mildew in the bathroom of our room. The lobby of the hotel is so small you barely have room to sit. The breakfast buffet was the poorest we've seen during our stay in Turkey.

The room here is clean and comes with WiFi, a coffee/tea maker, and a great location with an amazing view, near a tram station in a peaceful area.

Good hotel, close to tourist attractions, the personnel was very nice, the room was clean and ok as value for money. The hotel restaurant (near the hotel) was very good as compared to other restaurants in the area - we strongly recommend it.

the bathroom was small but manageable; some rooms are kind of small and without balcony and with a small window (but I noticed that most of the hotels in the Sultanahmet area are small, the buildings are crowded and have rooms without balcony, so it might be a specific of the area).

This Galata Hotel is fantastic! A welcomed retreat after the busy streets of Istanbul. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly, they helped us with everything and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms (and beds) are comfortable and clean. Great hotel. We will stay there again when we return. Worth the price.

Absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, but if you are looking to sample good Turkish food, do not eat in the surrounding streets, the food is overpriced and tasteless. Go over the bridge Or underneath.

I simply enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the staff were very helpfull and kind and me and the entire family loved the person at the reception called Faisal..he was very kind and friendly and very respectfull..the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and tidy and big enough for all the family members..no complaints of any kind what so ever..a straight 10/10 for this Hotel.

The staff here are super friendly, making you feel right at home. the place is spotless, which is always a plus. It's in a great spot near a mosque, and there's a market and grand bazaar within walking distance. 🕌

The staff was very helpful. The room was big and comfortable (lots of pillows and big mattress), with a balcony, very nice decor. Tv has loads of international channels. They have a laptop with free internet on the lobby and they bring you complementary turkish tea while you're there. Nice classic breakfast, with fruit, nothing turkish.

The breakfast was a little tiring after 3 days. The cereals were old.
